Seeking to fill an immediate need for an experienced Engineer Manager for an exciting management opportunity!
Seeking an individual with strong leadership skills to manage and lead an Engineering group.
The right candidate will be capable and comfortable with new product design and enhancing current products.
You will also research, develop, design, manufacture, and test on Automation and Machine Tools and be responsible for keeping accurate documentation.

The Right Candidate must:
- Hold an engineering degree or be able to demonstrate significant engineering experience.
- 5+ years management experience (will manage 4 Design Engineers)
- Have 15 years Engineering experience (preferably a background focused on automation and machine tool design).
- Be a team player.
- Be willing to follow instructions.
- Have experience in 2D & 3D CAD packages such as Solid Works and AutoCAD (SolidWorks required).
- Knowledge of Hydraulics / Pneumatics.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Good Computer skills, experience with Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Project.
- Be able to construct logical arguments based on sound engineering principles to justify decisions and safety cases.
- Be comfortable with and possess good people skills to work with high profile clients.
- Hold or be able to obtain US Security clearance.
- Be willing to travel if needed on rare occasions.
