Sales Consultants & Principle Account Manager
 
We are hiring two levels of Sales Professional
Mid position: Sales Consultant: $30K to $50K Base + Comm   
Higher position: Principal Acct Manager: $50K to $65K Base + Comm
 
Summary
 
We are an established Building Technologies Provider, our Security and Life Safety Division based at our corporate HQ in the East Valley Phx area is currently looking for experienced sales professionals to help spearhead our new and exciting growth initiatives. We are looking for industry champions who are seeking a positive and rewarding sales career for integrated and enterprise life safety and security solution.

Successful candidates will feature as an influential part of our continued growth into the high-end Security and Life Safety space. We have forged strong partnerships with key manufacturers, and together we will provide turnkey integrated solutions with an emphasis on technology performance and meeting specifications. Our in house and dedicated Pro-Services Team will provide additional support and system design to help position you as one of the markets GO-TO sales professionals.

Primary Responsibilities
 
·         Produce a business plan and go to market strategy
·         Develop and maintain a network of manufacturers and partners.
·         Influence growth and success through sales of Security and Life safety solutions.
·         Be effective in the sales of installation and full maintenance support programs.
·         Promote our services through an existing and new portfolio of customers.
·         Explore opportunities to work with C-Level executives and principal decision makers for new customers.
·         Promote sales of Security and Life Safety enterprise and larger systems.
·         Collaborate with other departments to increase sales.
 
Key Requirements
·         Experience in a similar role, for Security and/or Life Safety Sales or other technology or construction related services.
·         Highly organized and efficient
·         Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
·         Goal and target orientated.
·         Manage KPI’s and produce sales activity reports.
