Management Business Solutions is actively seeking a Payroll and HR Administrator for a distribution company in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering all company payroll and time and attendance related activities and assist with various Human Resource activities.
Process all Payroll including biweekly, bonus, and commission and handle all payroll related paperwork and activities including employment verification's, invoices, etc.
Administrate Time and Attendance activity including time-clock punches, schedules, and time-off.
Process new hires, terminations, transfers, pay raises, and others in the ADP and other systems used.
Resolve any payroll and time and attendance issues and implement a solution to prevent the same error from happening again.
Ensure data is accurate in ADP and create and run system reports.
Empower and train employees and management on system functions.
Ensure all required documents are received to create new employee files.
Coordinate Performance Reviews.
Assist the HR department administration as needed.
Assist with general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, making copies, and assembling mail.
Associates degree required.
Three years of related experience in Payroll and HR.
Two years of ADP experience required.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required.
Experience working in a multi-location, multi-state environment preferred.
ADP Certified Payroll Specialist designation preferred.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and customer service skills.
