Description:

Applications Engineer/ Sales Engineer for industrial equipment and processing technology including pre and post sales support in a global market offering solutions in the form of engineered equipment packaged with custom instrumentation and control systems. This is a combination of application engineer, technical service, and solutions sales/ equipment sales position. A great opportunity to gain extensive experience in new business development that is highly valued in the global economy. Selling into many industries including refineries, gas plants, petrochemical facilities, food processing and others. Working for an OEM that packages their equipment in skids mounted assemblies along with third party valves, piping, and control systems. For an engineer, there will be multiple future career paths.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Technical Discipline
(Preferably Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering/Chemistry)
- Minimum five to seven years industrial experience
- At least 3 years of sales or application/field engineering experience

Desired additional experience would be a plus:
- Industrial equipment sales (i.e. pumps, filtration, fluid separation, compressors, heat exchangers, vessels or etc.)
- Basic project engineering and cost estimating skills are helpful.
- International business experience and travel history
