DescriptionThis company is the industry leader in the design and manufacture of winch, hoist and drive systems. Their products are sold under brand names you would recognize. They service a diverse and growing customer base consisting of many of the worlds leading equipment manufacturers.
They are looking for a Director of Sale/Marketing with approx. 10 years experience.
This position is open because a long term employee is retiring and has opened the door to do some restructuring.
This position will report to the General Manager
As Dir of Sales you will have 4 direct reports and 18 in your organization.
The client is looking for International sales management experience as well as domestic.
They are looking for Sales related to heavy equipment, or hydraulics and OEM.
They are looking for all the things you would expect for this position:
Quotes, Closing Deals, Forecasting, Setting Goal, Managing a team to achieve goal, Trade Shows etc.
They want an advanced degree.
