Job Description
Regional Sales Manager - Nuclear Power

Reports To: Nuclear Sales Manager

Overview:
Generate awareness, interest and opportunities for The Company Nuclear Products to existing fleet of nuclear plants, which lead to sales. Meet or exceed sales forecast. Meet with System, Mechanical Engineers, Procurement Engineers and Maintenance personnel and others as required at each plant to determine requirements to become a quality Supplier. When required, assist plants with specifications. Must be able to travel approximately of 60% overnight away from home.

Qualifications:
1. Five or more years selling to existing US nuclear power generating plants, with companies certified to ASME Section III (N Stamp).
2. Strong valve industry background.
3. Familiar with ASME Codes, customer Certified Design Specifications, Design/Seismic Reports, etc.
4. Ability to work with and train The Company Distributors
5. Ability to create and deliver PowerPoint presentations and demonstrate products.
6. Ability to stay on focus with long-term strategies and tactics
7. Work within Expense Budget (organized travel plans)
8. Excellent interpersonal and written and spoken communication skills
9. Timely reporting

Minimum Education Requirements:
Four-year degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing or the valve industry

Specific Responsibilities:
1. Penetrate Existing Fleet of nuclear power generation plants within assigned region to market and sell The Company products.
2. Locate sales potential for competitor valve replacement and new potential on MODs.
3. Motivation and education of The Company Reps in nuclear power plants opportunities for Safety Related and Non-Safety Related products.
4. Participation in planning and formation of marketing and sales strategies.
5. Work with Nuclear Team in preparation of proposals. Determine market price.
6. Assist Sales Manager at EPCs and Reactor Manufacturers as required.
7. Work with customer/plant personnel to have The Company
